Run away as quickly as you can from this company....try having drywall as a vent cap in your heating system or shingles that are stapled on or a countertop with seem lines or not countertop covering on the underside lip on the bottom of the countertop,,,,they put covers on all my electrical outlet and then cut holes and installed new ones and I can go on and on heck I still have soot in my carport 5 years later,,,,and the worst part is knowing I got screwed because I didn't know,,,and if insurance is involved like in my case get ready to bend over because your nothing but $ to this company,,,,it is my purpose in life to shut these axxholes down and if anyone needs pictures I'll figure that out and post or email me at Google and I'll get some out to u,,,ps u have a 5 year warranty and it's been 4 1/2 and I have shingles coming off around a vent mr service installed but they won't return my calls and to prevent damage I had to spray flex seal on it,,,

Very rude! Poor time mangement! I would NEVER use this company for any reason again!!!!!

I would not recommened Mr Service to anyone not even if there house was flooding. The guy who runs it, Mr. Lemon, is a Jerk and has no sense of time. He dosent care about his clintel only the paycheck. I recently had a broken pipe in my house they responded fast to stop the problem, but the clean up and repairs was another story. It took over two months for simple repairs. Everytime I would try to get ahold of Mr. Lemon it went straight to his voicemail, I could never get ahold of him. He was very rude when I finally did reach him. The only time he was considerate is when the insurance checks came to pay him, so he collected the checks before the job was completed. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for him to make some fininshing touches. Please shop around and dont pay someone untill they are finished with what they are being paid for!

I had an insurance claim for water in my home and the people at Mr Service did a great job from start to finish. All my concerns and or questions were resolved with a company that answers the phone with a live person. Any message I left was prompty returned. I have and will continue to recommend Mr Service to friends and family. I will use again in the future for insurance related claims to my home.
