Thuy Pham, began working at Mongolian BBQ in 2002, and in 2005 she had the opportunity to become the owner. Her enthusiasm, work ethic, and passion to provide the best unique "create your own stir-fry" experience, made the Spokane Valley Mongolian BBQ a local favorite. The restaurant continues to be successful with the dedication of Thuy and her family.
