We had to have Homescapes install an additional outlet for our central vac. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They installed the vacuum pipes, etc. so that they are almost invisible. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. We originally thought Homescapes was wonderful until we took our central vac system in for repair. When we called to check on the status of the repair we were told there was absolutely no way they could tell us when it would be done. The person that fixes them only works Wed, Thur and Friday. They couldn't tell us if it would be 2 days or 2months! Not good service!
