I was a client of Friendship Diversion, and they were extremely rude to me. I was hung up on numerous times, interrupted during conversations, they verbally changed the terms of the agreements, were degrading. I have never dreaded speaking to people so much in my entire life. While the program that they offer is wonderful, they really need to work on the communication skills. A little humility goes a long way.
