generally, it's ok, but on 8/23, when I went to BQ to eat, the drive-thru line was long, I grabbed my debit card and went inside. They were having trouble with the card reader, the clerk zipped my card through repeatedly – left, never got my sandwich. I look online, and BQ charged me SIX times ($5.64 each), with 3 reversals. I went to the store, and to say the manager was rude would be kind. She said it was B of America’s problem. BofA was surprised! Today, there are still three $5.64 charges – AND I NEVER GOT MY SANDWICH.
2:45 and not a clean table in the place, including the order counter. Garbage cans were overflowing and there were only 2 other customers. They had plenty of time to clean things, but we had the distinct feeling none of the employees were very happy to be there.
they never have the toys advertised and they won't tell you that they don't. They have huge signs with the toys, but no toys. - I wish they would just say something when you order.
