      After less than five seconds I could tell the man was impatient with me would not let me complete a sentence it felt a little bit condescending ,great way to start guys. They did answer the phone though so there's one star.

      Batteries plus on Division has very poor customer service. They are basicly clerks that do not understand batteries. If you have a issue with a battery you bought from them, it will be an argument about it. They will try and make you feel stupid, like its your fault their battery does not work. They will charge you shipping for any special battery. Just want to sell you what's on the shelf. Not a true specialty battery shop. Better to buy online and use your credit card protection and avoid rude customer service.
