Great people, always helpful, never have let me down

Bank Of America (or BOA) was indeed my first bank. However, things started to go downhill VERY fast. I had enrolled in online banking (the purpose of this is to be able to check your current balance at any point in time... or so you think as with BOA). I would check my balance via online at the very least, twice a day. JUST to make sure I wouldn't overdraw. (Like many of the people I know, I live paycheck to paycheck.) So the second, third or even fourth check on my online bank, was to make sure of it's accuracy. Many times it was. But then I started using my check card more often, and a funny thing happened.. the online banking couldn't keep up! So at one point, I ended up overdrawing (NOT by any fault of mine) $300 in one month. Then they just got slower and slower. I would recommend either Chase or Wells Fargo or some other bank, that doesn't screw you over on purpose and shows all your pending spending the minute you spend.
