The plumbers were quick to respond. I called in the morning and we had someone to the house that afternoon. Very friendly. Only 3 stars because it was expensive.

plumbing services were required during the remodeling of a bathroom in my residence. Instead of going with a local plumber I decided to call Rotorooter because I was always pleased with their services while living on the east coast.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Tom arrived early and put us at ease. Our main sewer line was back up, and we had to have the line cleared out through the toilet due to tree roots. He along with the office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike another local N. ID company that wanted to waterjet our line to clear it then use a camera to see what the problem was, your tech knew how to fix the issue right away. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I had a great experience with them this weekend. I called on Saturday for a sewer backup. They were able to respond within 30 minutes. The problem took some time, but it was taken care of. We also had a smaller problem with our bathtub. The technician diagnosed the problem and attempted to snake it, but was not able to. He gave me some inexpensive ideas to replace the bad line which I did that night with no problems. Great company with quick response times and friendly technicians.

Rick came to my house to clean out my washing machine drain. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He worked fast and cleaned up nicely when he was done. The service I received was excellent in every way!

On January 5 our kitchen/bath drain line was draining slow. We tried the plunger and Drano to no avail. The next morning we called Roto-Rooter. By 10 AM Tom was at the house ready to work. He was careful to use tarps to protect the floors and walls from the ugly splatter that accompanies cleaning the drain pipes. He took time to explain what was causing our problem and recommended a drain cleaner from Roto-Rooter that would keep the soap and grease from building up in the pipes. We bought a gallon of the cleaner and will start a new tradition of giving the drains in the house a drain cleaner cocktail once each month when we do a Happy Hour at Home. Ralph & Karen Fishburn

Tyler was fast & efficient to get the problem solved, and very informative about on going care that will be needed to prevent more roots in our sewage pipes! I would definitely call them again with any drainage problems or issues!

Several years ago, in another house, another "Rooter" Co. got a line stuck in my sewer drain, proceeded to cut the end off the line and leave it there. They actually wanted payment. ROTO-ROOTER were the guys who came out, ran a camera down the drain and eventually dislodged the line, thus, rescuing me. Ever since then, I have called ONLY Roto-Rooter. Today, Mark Rogers came out and made my tub and sink drain quickly. He showed up within less than an hour and completed the work very quickly. I was able to get to work with minimal time-off. I am always impresses with these guy no matter who they send out. As a sole provider of my home, and a woman, I am greatful to know they are honest about price, quick, and do good work. And they always leave the premises clean. And I don't feel as if I have to hide the jewelry and silver when they are here. Thank you Mark Rogers for your kindness and professional attitude. You rescued me again! But I would expect no less!

i.e., A lFeb 10, 2012 After reading reviews for Roto Rooter and Mark Rogers, I called for service when my tub and sink lines were plugged. I had already tried the vinegar, plunging, etc, but without success. Unfortunately, mine was not a quick, easy fix and took 2 service calls which were done very promptly and was completed! I have an older home but felt very confident with Mark and Jeff and highly recommend Roto Rooter and will use in the future - thanks guys!!
