Freedom Health Group’s focus is to change how primary care is delivered to our members. We’re not an insurance company with high deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance payments, on top of a monthly fee, we’re a healthcare membership provider. Freedom Health Group has joined Independent Healthcare Providers to provide quality, affordable healthcare at our office.

Freedom Health Group is the only business to LOWER it’s cost as membership grows. We’re focused on growing our office to provide members with even more affordable healthcare options in the future. With membership starting at under $80 with no co-pays or deductibles, Freedom Health Group is making healthcare affordable for everyone.

Freedom Health Group believes the majority of health problems can be prevented with regular checkups and early detection. Our team of ARNP’s are here to help members with standard primary care issues. The following services are a few of the services our providers can assist members with:

• Maternity/Prenatal visits up to 26 weeks
• Newborn Care
• Pediatrics
• Sore Throat, Strep Throats
• Colds, Flu and Fevers
• Respiratory Infections
• Earaches and Headaches
• Minor Burns and Sunburns
• Ear Irrigation
• Back Pain
• Annual Comprehensive Physical Exams (Includes ECG, basic eye exam with color blindness check, and base line health report card)
• School/Sports Physicals (Member’s kids under 18)
• All In-Office Proceedures (e.g. wart removal, skin biopsies)

 

OTHER SERVICES

For services not covered in our office, we’re able to work with other healthcare businesses to negotiate for members lowered “cash” costs for specialty procedures as needed. As membership in Freedom Health Group grows, more in-house services will be available. Please contact our office for any questions about our general care services offered.
