I was referred to this clinic by my doctor for my son and he has had to be seen there twice now. The doctor he sees is great but there is a very rude nurse that needs to find a new field to work in because she is terrible with people and a very bad attitude with my two trips that i have had to bring my son there. I am hoping I don't have to bring him back anymore because of her alone when we can't even be greeted very nicely when we come in.. It would be nice if they could find a kind person who actually seemed like they cared about their patients and enjoyed their job to replace her and I wouldn't mind going back. Also when setting up appointments they don't even ask what time of day works best for you, you just have to come at whatever time they set it up for. My first appointment was early in the morning which is not ideal for how far I have to drive and everything I have to get done before leaving and I tried calling for a later time and was told "I should just feel lucky I got in to see them". Then when they gave me my second appointment and it was way later into the afternoon which did not work and I told the lady who set it up that late mornings work best for us she told me I could call or stop in to see if they had any cancellations. So I did just that to try get my son in sooner and that is when that particular nurse rolled her eyes at me and said "uh no" like I was an idiot for asking. One person with a bad attitude can ruin an entire business and I really don't care to have to see her again.

Saw Dr. Espelund today, first time. Office staff were courteous and efficient in helping me get into their system. Consult with Dr Espelund was very reassuring. Found him to be efficient, competent and easy to talk to. If I have another ENT issue will request consult with Dr Espelund. David L.
