Our offices are located in Speculator, a village nestled in the heart of the Southern Adirondack Mountains of New York State. We primarily serve the Speculator, Lake Pleasant, Indian Lake, Piseco and Wells region of Hamilton County, as well as adjacent communities. Hamilton County is one of the few counties east of the Mississippi to qualify as frontier under federal regulations and has some of the largest wilderness areas in the Adirondack Park. The primary emphasis of our practice is Real Estate and Zoning, including representation before the Adirondack Park Agency. We also provide legal services in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, Family Law and Elder Law.
