Wonderful dentist and staff

Dr. Herring is by a far, a fabulous dentist. However, his accounting person is a real "prize". Not only can she not deal with insurance companies, she is rude, vindictive and other words that I can't put in writing. She is, by far, the most INCOMPETENT person I have met in my life. That is why I quit going to Dr. Herring several years ago. My husband still goes because he loves Dr. Herring. However, this stupid person behind a desk has an attitude and can't even get STATE INSURANCE to pay a claim. Get off your lazy (you know what) and do the job that Dr. Herring is paying you dearly for.

Dr. Herring has taken care of me & my family for well over 25 yrs. Not only is he a good dentist but a good man as well. His staff is the best! I recommend him to all my friends who need or want to change dentist. Now he has Dr. Hicklin there also. He just fitted me with a new crown & was very patient & gave me excellent care.
