Good place for a great price when u just want to get out the house

Do NOT go here. Husband and I went for a late night movie on a Saturday night and left with bed bugs on us. Reported the problem to the manager the next day and was told our complaint would be given to corporate. Three days later, heard back from NOONE, so we called the theater and spoke to the manager AGAIN and was told it was out of their hands at that point. Asked for the number to corporate which lead to voice-mail, left a message expressing our concern and still have not heard back from anyone! I am disgusted that an issue as important as BED BUGS has not went to the top of their priority list. The least they could have done was contact us to apologize and touch base with us, letting us know that our voice has been heard and they are working on resolving the issue. Instead we have yet to be acknowledged.



While we were lucky enough to catch the bugs within half an hour of leaving the theater, not everyone will be as lucky. I have filed a complaint with DHEC and encourage everyone to save your money and avoid this theater.

I love this place. I took my little one and my mother there this past weekend. It was under $15 for couples combo (includes 2 movie tickets, large popcorn, and 2 large drinks) and child ticket. We had a great time. Very inexpensive and staff are helpful and nice.

The new manager is just freaking awesome, plain and simple. He is an unbeleivably wonderful manager (Jesse, I beleive) and if I were to find that he has been relocated, I would cease to continue attending the Wynnsong. Amazing are the skills of this manager!
