It is an act of God to get a person on the telephone at the Garner Road Red Cross Office. I phoned 5 times to try to get through to the office and I ended up getting a National Rep each time who tried to transfer me and failed. National office had difficulty and after some time could NOT give me the information I requested where the Garner Road office could do so w/in a minute or two. I was told Red Cross has done some reorganization to help improve their services and to make things more uniform. I find it unhelpful and disorgainized, ineffiecient, and very time consuming when it comes Red Cross's assistants/personnel assisting people wanting to participate in their course offerings and other things. Two thumbs down to their resolving issues and their reorganization and to their providing answers to needed questions. I still have yet to speak with a person in the Spartanburg office after phoning and be transferred numerous time the last hour and 29 minutes!!!!!!!!
