I moved here from another state.I decided to try them because it was close to where I was living. I am so disappointed and kinda angry at the unprofessional attitude of the office staff, and the doctors. I had blood work done, nobody called me, I had to repeatedly call until the doctor finally called me a week after the office staff told me the results were there. And as for my medical records from my doctors in my old state. I signed releases for all of them and this was over two months ago. They still hadnt got them, they said they faxed it to all my out of state doctors. I called my out of state doctors and not one of them had received a signed release. I am looking for a new doctor. Ive health issues, I cant wait for them to get their stuff together. I hope its not like this everywhere in Baltimore.
