That’s the problem with you! You twist everything around to suit your own needs! Why do we have to pull teeth for information. When things go wrong you run and hide. My mother had been e-mailing you constantly only to find that the e-mail addresses that you provide for her either don’t work or her e-mail get returned. I had to search for you on the internet until I finally found you.

Here are the facts:

Fact 1: The investors are angry! They want to know where the money that they invested in the wireless project went. Are you willing to open the books? If not, then you and Jon must have did something illegal with that money.

Fact 2: If Neuripara is bankrupt and the money is gone, why haven’t you guys contact the investors to give them papers of dissolution and papers declaring the money that they invested as a very bad debt? This way they can take it off their income tax! It has been 3 years now and we have not received any papers, not even stock certificates! If you can’t provide us with those papers you guys must’ve did something with that money that you don’t want any one to know about.

Fact 3: The money that we gave you was a loan, plain and simple, which you personally guaranteed! I don’t care what you say or your mother says! It was a loan. We have your past e-mails to prove this! This money should be paid back to us or some payment arrangement by you should be made!
