I love Anna. She cuts my hair exactly the way I ask her too. I have gone back to her now for over a year and won't let anyone else touch my hair. She does a great color too. I prefer to go to non-big box hair salons so that I can help out small business owners. Anna also guarantees her cuts. If you don't like it you can go back within 7 days and she will make any adjustments you want.

I walked in for a simple cut and showed the employee "Anna" a picture of what I wanted (a long bob, no layers, slight framing around the face). She proceeded to give me the WORST haircut I have ever had. She never once checked lengths to make sure it was straight, leaving one side a full inch longer than the other. The back of the hair was chopped off at strange angles, but I didn't notice because when she was done she blow dried my hair under so I couldn't see the ends. As soon as I got home and straightened it I made an appointment at a different salon to have it fixed and the stylist there said it was horrible and couldn't believe that she had let me leave with hair like that. Over $100 later, my hair is way shorter than I wanted it and when I contacted Lauren's Salon, they were extremely rude and refused a refund, even though I had pictures to prove it. They said that I should have gone back there to have it fixed, but I will NEVER set foot in that establishment again. BEWARE!!

I have been coming to this salon since May and I have walked out happy everytime. I will continue to come to this salon for color and cuts, and I will also refer this salon to friends. Gail

My experience at Lauren's Hair Hut was great. I found Sherri to be a warm professional stylist who listened to what I wanted. I was very please with the results of my hair cut and foil, and will recommend the Hair Hut to my friends.
