Build & Repair Your Relationship - our goal is to save marriages. In practice for over 20 years, we have helped hundreds of individuals, couples and families achieve their relationship goals. We take a brief therapy approach, because no one wants to spend years, or even months in therapy - nor need they. We focus on solutions not problems, on the present not the past. I believe that marriage is a good thing - a superb tonic for mental health! Getting or staying married reduces symptoms of depression far more than being single or divorced, according to a noted study. My techniques include anger management, conflict resolution, relationship communication training, assertiveness training, all of which can be factors in the complexities of marriage and family relationships. I also help clients manage: attention deficit; a strong-willed child; depression; anxiety; panic attacks; grief; loss; stress and intimacy issues
