- CryotherapyIn addition to specializing in the McKenzie approach, our team offers more traditional physical therapy services such as neuromuscular reeducation, safe core stabilization exercises, and ergonomic assessment, and proper body mechanics training. We can also provide manual therapy, including mobilizations, manipulation, and instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment and modalities (electrical stimulation, traction, and cryotherapy). We want your recovery to be efficient and effective. A full 12 visits or more is not always necessary if progress can be made at home. Our specialized spine physical therapists can help you develop a concentrated home exercise plan that works for your schedule.
- Emergency CareWhen you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from balance billing. In these cases, you shouldn’t be charged more than your plan’s copayments, coinsurance and/or deductible. See Frequently Asked Questions and Answers for more information.
- MRIThis scan lets doctors see inside your body without using radiation. Instead, MRIs use magnets and radio waves. An MRI shows clear views of your soft tissues. It can show cancer and other problems.
- RadiologyWhen you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers can bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can’t balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.
- X-Rays
- Computed TomographyThis scan lets doctors see inside your body by taking x-ray images from many angles. These are combined to show clear cross-section slices of parts of your body. A CT scan shows much more than a typical x-ray. It can show cancer and other problems.
- Sciatica
- Pinched NerveThis injection relieves pain in the neck, shoulders, and arms caused by a pinched nerve (or nerves) in the cervical spine. Conditions such as herniated discs and spinal stenosis can compress nerves, causing inflammation and pain. The medication injected helps decrease the swelling of nerves.
- Minimally Invasive SurgeryOur minimally invasive surgery techniques provide the opportunity to relieve your spine pain with little to no interruption to your day-to-day lifestyle. This treatment method involves making a small incision, as little as half an inch, and inserting specialized instruments or probes to access and repair the damaged area of the spine. This less aggressive approach actually lowers the risk of complications, as well as provides a shorter surgery duration, quicker recovery, and less visible scarring. Best of all, minimally invasive surgery has proven to be as successful as conventional “open surgery” methods.
