It took me 72 years to find an auto repair shop that I have confidence in. I brought my 2008 Ford Escape in this week for what I believed would be a couple of costly repairs. Pleasantly surprised by two things. One the cost of the one repair which was accomplished was lower than anticipated, and secondly and even more importantly I was informed that there would be no need to perform the second repair I thought would be necessary. Really - I was told no repair needed, told why not, and saved a bunch of cash by an honest man (guy named Ken). Good work, good price, good honest crew. First Class!

This is a fantastic place. My car needed a new engine, and they did such a wonderful job I can hardly believe it. The car runs so smooth, and is much better now than it has ever been. Their prices are reasonable, and they do not try to rip you off. They are honest, and take their time to make sure every detail of your car is in perfect working order before they release it to you. What I was most impressed about this company is they do not take advantage of women, and treat everyone the same. The mechanics are some of the best I have seen, and I will stay with them forever. I know I am in good hands with this company as I do not have to worry about being ripped off, and them saying I need things that I do not need. Jason the owner is the best, and I trust him implicitly. If your looking for excellent and honest mechanics, and a company that you can trust, this is the one. I highly recommend them. I have had the best experience with riverside auto the people there know what they are doing and are very informative wen u ask questions about the repairs that are needed and very inexpensive and honest definitely my go to shop from now on they beat all estimates I was previously given and had my car back to me faster than I had expected

I have lived in the area my whole life 35+ years and in that time have went to many different shops to find one I could trust. Finally I found one. The guys at Riverside Auto were great. I went there with what I thought was a major problem, thinking I was going to spend lots of money I didn't have. Even after tell the manager that I thought my car was going to cost a lot to fix, he assured me that they would take a look at it and let me know. Needless to say I was extremely happy when he called and told me it wasn't as bad as I thought and it wouldn't cost very much to repair. After picking my vehicle up from the shop, I was even more happier, my vehicle felt like a brand new car. I would recommend anyone to go see these guys, they could have took me for a fool but they didn't. They will now be my go to shop. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

These guys must be the most honest, reasonable, quality auto repair shop Downriver. To top it off, if you get it fixed the manager waives the towing and diagnostics. Make sure you tell all friends and family about these guys to stop them from getting ripped by these dishonest mechanics.

I got a flat tire on the freeway with my daughter in the car. This company sent a tow truck and replaced the tire while I waited. Very impressive with a clean restroom. Very comfortable waiting lounge. Thanks to the guys at riverside!

I was experiencing difficulty with my car over heating and was nervous to drive it in fear of causing major damage. I called several auto shops for consultation and prices for service. All the shops I called I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. I called Riverside in Lincoln Park and spoke with Jason and he was nothing but helpful. He was able to tow my car into his shop for a free diagnosis. I was taken care of immediately and for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this place and referred friends who went to their new shop in Southgate and had the same experience.
