i had surgery this week with Dr. Teck Soo who is an amazing dr. You may wait a little longer for him, but he is worth the wait. EXCELLENT SKILLED DOCTOR!

I was also on the fifth floor west wing where i received EXCELLENT care from, cary, angela and joy. these nurses did everything possible to make my stay at the hospital a great experience. i appreciated all the care they gave me. thank-you ladies.

however, your ER needs some sprucing up. lack of
skilled nurses and doctors. if it wasn't for teck soo i would think twice before icome back to your ER.
i came to Er cuz it was an emergency surgery i had.

I went to providence hospital for an anaphylactic allergic reaction and they were not concerned for my life and acted like i came in for a common cold. They were more concerned about me filling out paperwork than treating me when this is life or death. I was so upset by the way i was treated i left the hospital to go somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL THEY WILL LET YOU DIE!! And the security guards are just as ignorant ans untrained as the medical staff is.

I was at my apartment talking with some friends when I start feeling some pain in my left eye, at that time I took one of my Morphine instant relief 15mg pills. Fine minutes later the pain continued to increase and I had to be helped up to my apartment. The pain became severe and I told my friend to call 911. By the time that the EMS got to the apartment the pains became severe chronic on the whole left side of my head and my left eye. I was taken to Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. I was taken back to a room at the Station 3 area and I waited to be seen by a nurse or a doctor. Well I waited and waited and waited actually for over ( 3 HOURS ) and not one nurse, doctor or orderly ever set foot in the room. I eventually got up asked which way was out they pointed and I left.

Stayed over night with my fiancé and woke up in the middle of the night covered in bedbug bites, the nurse under the head of nurses even agreed to waive my bills. Used to praise this place, never again!

This hospital is the absolute worst. If you are ever assigned Dr. Yousif Ismail he's arrogant, very rude and beyond incompetent!!! And the level of care my mother received was horrific. I wish I could have her insurance carriers withhold all payments to the hospital as well as this dr. I would have rated this hospital a -100 stars

I had hisham essa, md as my doctor he was not very nice to me at all and care to hear my opinion about anything I basic give me no choose to do what he wanted I will go there again

Nurse Yulonda, Nurse Alisha, very good Professional Nurses. Very attentive.
