Hotel was horrible and nasty things was falling apart stove was nasty from the outside into the inside of the oven refrigerator had rust on the outside old ice in the freezer bathroom tube was nasty carpet felt like it hasn’t been cleaned in years pull out couch bed smelled like piss lamps was falling apart tables were weak it was like a cheap motel 6 most of the rooms have storages in the lights or they don’t work the air is out in some the pool water look yellow

During my stay, a staff member of this hotel stole my debit card number and charged my account a month later with $700 in alcohol in a neighboring town of Warren, MI. When I called the hotel to figure this out, I was hung up on twice and now I am currently going through the corporate office to resolve this case. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, the hotel room was gross and the staff are thieves.

This hotel didn't have anything that match. The room had no heat, a full kitchen with no pots and pans, an iron with no ironing board, sheets with no blankets on the bed. My back is still sore from the huge dent in the middle of the bed. 2 tiny pillows was on the bed, the couch was so stained I was afraid to sit down. Great area, front desk clerks were friendly. But I will never stay here again. So glad it was only one night.

This hotel was dirty, the staff was rude, and extremely unprofessional. They didn't have towels or sheets,and didn't care that they were out.They had the nerve to charge me a $30 cleaning fee for sugar on the carpet,after they refused to let me back into the room to clean it up myself. This was the worst experience of my life!!!!!

WORST STAY EVER!!! NO TOWELS AND FRONT DESK MANAGER COULD CARE LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was there July 8th and checked out early because of the condition of this "DUMP"!



Don't be deceived by the Website pictures.



This DUMP is nothing like what is on the website. It's filthy and ghetto. Broken furniture, faulty plumbing, substandard housekeeping and the fitness room, nothing works, everything was broken.



A bunch of liars at the front desk.



The DUMP need to be demolished!!!! before someone gets hurt!!!!!!
