I eat here because its fast and all in all the food is pretty good, when they get your order right.. I went through the drive-thru though and the young woman was very rude, messed up my $7 order (as usual) and I handed her a twenty and she shorted me five dollars of my change. I parjed andbwent inside bc I was sure there was a mistake. the girl looks at me and says shr gave me correct change. as she argues with me her manager comes over and insists im lying. and tells ne that since I need five dollars so badly he'll give it to me out of his wallet! I told him no I wanted him to check her pocjets bc at this point I was positive the girl had stolen it. he refused and talked to me as if I were just some bum kid. so I took his five dollars and havent been back since. rude staff. and terrible manners. you should never want to cry when you leave a fast food place.. doesn't even deserve the one star

I HATED THIS PLACE THE MANAGEMENT WAS A MESS, MAINLY PATRICIA CHRISTOPHER SHE HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND WATCH OUT GUYS BECAUSE SHE LOVES HER CELL PHONE IN HER HAND WHILE SHE IS HANDLING THE FOOD BUT SHE CALLS HERSELF THE HEAD MANAGER. SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE AND LOUD TO THE POINT WHERE CUSTOMERS STARTED TO WALK OUT OF THE RESTURANT. SHE HAS NO PLACE IN MANAGEMENT. IN ORDER TO MAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE BETTER YOU MUST FIRST GET RID OF PATRICIA CHRISTOPHER, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND SHE ALSO DID THIS IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN WHOM BEFORE THIS INCIDENT LOVED TACO BELL AS A MATTER OF FACT SATURDAYS ARE TACO BELL DAYS BUT NOW SHE HAS SCARED THEM SO THEY HAVE STATED THAT THEY NEVER WANT TO EAT AT ANOTHER TACO BELL AGAIN!
