As stated by the above review it is the truth and nothing has changed about this ex senator in 2018! My aunt is going through the same ordeal with a house of his that should not be habitable. Flowers does not want to fix anything , doesn't care and will take you to court to get you out and get more money out of you. She painted, scrubbed and made the place as much as a home as she could.{79yrs old) It has mold ,water damage filthy carpet, nonworking plumbing , water entry problems, air conditioning nonworking and heater nonworking. Etc. The repair man said it looked like it not been working for 5 years. That was it for poor ex senator Flowers.....so its off to court for the tenant! Stay away from Flowers Properties!

Dirty property, Non functioning air conditioning and furnace. Not willing to fix anything. Not willing to reimburse renter for work done by renter. No smoke alarms, mold, water enters rental and threats to raise rent . Etc. Classic Slumlord landlord type.

The landlord does not maintain the properties and you need to read the lease very well!!!

Hi... Please do not do it. This man is a scam artist and care nothing abouot you and your family. He only cares about your money. I recently rented a property from him and the property was horrible. Torn carpet, leaky ceiling, plaster falling, tub disconnected from floor, everyroom in the house needed repainted, dorrs held up by nails and not hinges, blood on bedroom wall, garage smeeld like dogs and urine fireplace looked liked it had not been cleaned in years. rug tile or whatever it was on the floor torn up and scuffed and he was not willing to fix anything nor did he give my deposit back. I asked him for it because the property was unfit to live in and he didnt want to fix anything, He told me no and there was nothing I could do. I am in the process now of taking him to court he treated me like I was a kid...yelling and talking down to me and no one deserves that. Please doo not deal with this man. HE IS A CROOK ..He stated he was once a a politician I should have known then!!
