Very professional and prompt service. I was referred by a colleague to this company and was impressed with their knowledge and courtesy.

Avoid! I called this company for my washing machine....6 visits, left garbage, used all of my tools, never fixed it and I just ended up paying them and still bought a new washer. The entire time this guy kept asking me for random things like: "eye drops". The techs never tested their work...The 1st time they"fixed it" I opened the lid and the drum was completely off-kilter. Then another day goes by, he comes back to fix that and never tests the machine again. No surprise, the belt burns up and burnt smoke through the entire house. Another day and they are back again, and the new tech says the last one put the belt on backwards. He leaves without testing the machine and same thing: smoke and belt burns up. Another day later, he comes back and says he is 100% sure it needs a new pump. He installs that, and doesn't test it. Surprise! it burns up! All the repairs came close to $400!

unhappy customer. paid for initial visit and told fee could be applied to repair. two weeks later still waiting for quote to make repair. have called multiple times and always told they'll call me back. not sure these folks are legit. feeling cheated.
