I had an appointment for a stress test on Mat 4, 2016 at 01:30 PM. I got there a half hour early. The tech attended me a little after 01:30. No problem. Before taking the test, the tech asked me if I had had any coffee. I said yes. He said I couldn't take the test.

No one let me know in advance. Nothing was said in the confirmation email. They manage to waste my entire day. I submitted a complaint to my health care provider and my Primary doctor.

This was a real example of poor patient care, an the inability to have respect or consideration for a patient's valued time.

Sorry, won't use you again.
