Dr. Dale Hardy, OD opened South Valley Eyecare in 1994 to serve South Jordan, West Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Sandy, Draper, and Bluffdale in Salt Lake County. He is an active member of the Utah Optometric Association and has seved on committees, as a board member, as Executive Vice-President, and President.
