Founded in 1972, Southside Community Services Board is a provider of mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services. Located in South Hill, Va., it offers a range of mental health services, such as emergency, outpatient, case management, community support and residential. The center s mental retardation services include developmental training centers, in-home support, and infant development and parent education. In addition, Southside Community Services Board provides day support/rehabilitation, residential, intermediate care facility services at different venues.
