Jeremy Blanchard, MD, PhD, is a fellowship-trained primary care physician at University Hospitals. He practices at UH Green Road Primary Care in South Euclid, Ohio. Dr. Blanchard is triple board-certified in family medicine, addiction medicine, and public health and general preventive medicine. His clinical interests include providing care for acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages, and he has a strong interest in women’s health. He is also an addiction medicine and public health specialist. Dr. Blanchard has training in the diagnosis and treatment of headache and migraine disorders, including administering Botox injections for chronic migraine. He is adept in a variety of other pain management procedures.
