If you would like your valuable products to be delivered next to garbage cans w/ no care to at least bring it close to the building you need it in, this company is for you! Does your package weigh 500lbs or more & you have no help to get it near your building? Don’t worry! They will leave you high and dry with poor customer service afterwards to address your concerns. Enjoy snide sarcasm while trying to state the stress that this situation has put you through (you know, after you have a bleeding back & splinters in your hands trying to inch your 500lb pacakage down you driveway for 4 hours) You might especially to the Richmond, VA office! They have the neglect of customer service some people have been looking for! Me personally have been searching for the WORST experience with frieght shipping ever and I found it with R&all Carriers.

R & L called the night before to tell me the window for my delivery, they delivered on time, and the driver, Marcus, even called to tell me he was 20 minutes from my house, and arrived almost 20 minutes on the dot! This has been one of the most professional, dependable companies I've work with in a long time!
