They talk about people in there language. And they braid bigger braids in the back middle part of your hair like we ain't going to check out the back of our heads when we get home. Plus they charge to much and the hair isn't human hair!!!!!!.

The GOOD: the braids are pretty when done. The BAD: They talk about people all day in their language and I dont think that's very professional when we're the ones giving them business. Noboby's perfect but customer service should always be done with a smile. Prices are too high and at least 10 braids fell out in less than 2 weeks...

I love this salon! You guys did a wonderful job on my hair. But why so expensive, do you guys have a returning customer discount. My hair was only four inches long and 180.00 dollars was alot to pay to braid four inches of hair. Do you guy go by length, or that is just the regular fee?

After reading the review above I had the same experience. Expensive but my hair was beautiful. I also feel that I was over charged and that I only used two packs of hair. You guys should charge your clients by the pack. Not just one set base fee. For all of us short hair sisters that is so not fair.

My experience was not so great. The woman working at the braid salon were not friendly. When you walk in I was not greeted and I was on time for my appointment. I had to wait almost an hour. Very expensive the only thing I was happy about was my hair. It turned out very lovely. But here are a few tips that they need to work on. Customer friendliness, cleanliness, and communication. When a customer pays a $180.00 dollars service should be outstanding. Also, a hair consultation for new clients would be great with the service.
