Provided by YP.comSEE NOTE AT END -- Bad service but an apology from the owner helped. First note: Very upset with the service they provided. I asked them to come and repair a fan on a stove. In the end, it cost me $700 to repair that fan -- 4 trips from the technician. Apparently each time he came, he discovered he needed something else - why he wasn't able to asses the whole problem
up front and give me a quote is beyond me. I am away a lot - my disabled mother lives in the home with caregivers - so I did not know of all the trips. They obtained only an authorization from me to purchase a $20 spare part after the first trip and I was assured I would not be charged for a return trip to install that part. Next thing you know, I get a bill for $680+ with four trips recorded. When I called to complain, I was told they could come back and take out all the parts they had installed. That speaks volumes about their value for customers.
2nd Note: To their credit, several weeks after I sent in my last payment, I received a letter from Bob Miller with my final check returned ($230) and uncashed. They apologized for the poor service and ensured me they were addressing the issues with their techs. Good move Bob Miller.

Provided by YP.comI love my new JennAir range and the delivery men were awesome and worked hard to get it to fit in my present space and configuration. They did a great job and even noticed one hinge on the oven door didn't work as smoothly as they they thought it should and ordered me a new one. The tech came and installed it in a few days. Great service. Couldn't be happier.

Provided by YP.comYesterday my new appliances were delivered by 2 servicemen from there, Aaron & Klaus...they were both very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running properly...I love my new stuff and they did everything, even removing the old appliances and doing what I wanted done with them...they made sure there were no leaks and that all were running smoothly...Thank you Bob Miller Appliances...that is why I go to YOU!!!!
