Sander Mechanical is an HVAC service and mechanical construction company that’s been helping building owners and facility managers create and maintain optimal indoor environments since 1965. We proudly deliver comprehensive mechanical services and turnkey heating and air conditioning projects to commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities throughout New Jersey, southern New York, and eastern Pennsylvania. As an MSCA GreenSTAR contractor, the company’s energy solutions have helped many facilities reduce energy consumption, eliminate energy waste, and improve operating costs through intelligent controls, building automation, and high-efficiency HVAC systems. We install, service and repair all makes and models of heaters, furnaces, boilers, package rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, air conditioners and exhaust fans. We work with building owners, tenants, property managers, and general contractors (GCs).
