      Patriot Personal Care

      The Patriot Personal Care home is a great place for a family member to be. The staff is wonderful and I know that my mom is being well taken care of 24hrs a day.

      The Patriot, A Choice Community is a nonprofit nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers nursing care and assisted living services. It has a short-term rehabilitation unit that provides private and semiprivate accommodations. The facility offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. It offers a variety of nursing services, including pain management, medical monitoring, intervention, intravenous hydration, wound and palliative care, and oxygen, respiratory, heat and whirlpool therapies. The Patriot, A Choice Community s activities department organizes several activities for its residents, such as Bible study, exercises, bingo, musical performances, and in-house pizza and birthday parties.
