Back for Seconds is a small catering company with BIG ideas. We are conveniently based in Somerset, NJ. We cater to clients in need of freshly prepared food for occasions ranging from outdoor barbeque to formal sit down affairs. We support local farmers and use only the freshest ingredients for all our dishes and stress preparation.Everything we serve is homemade, including our sauces, dressings, marinades, spreads and desserts. Back for Seconds spends a great deal of effort on testing flavors and presentation before anything leaves our kitchen. We are fully staffed with highly trained and experienced waiters, servers and bartenders that attend every function with the clients satisfaction in mind. It would be our pleasure to attend your next affair.
