User Rating: 2 out of 5 stars by kylady82769 11/16/2011 The doctors at Somerset Internal Medicine are wonderful; however, the office staff is horrible. The doctors need to clean house, they need to know how their staff is treating people. I am hoping this review will somehow get to them because you are blocked if you do try to talk to one of them to tell them how you have been treated. The receptionist doesn't respect that you have called and by all means, don't leave a message with her because no one will ever get it, like a teenager in which you know destroys whatever she has written down, if she even wrote it down while all along chomping on her gum. Nurses will not call you back after leaving several voicemails, and by all means, I hope you never have to deal with the billing clerk, this lady only has smart remarks for you and wants to think she owns the place. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a staff of workers. They need to realize that they have a job because I chose to come to their office. I'm sad that the doctors are so good and have such a lousy staff.
