I was planning on booking another driver this morning and realized that the referral credits had not been applied to my account. After calling a few times before and being told the credits would be issued, I felt like it was more of a principal thing. It's only 20 bucks. It's not a make or break for me. So, I called again and spoke with Patrick who claimed to be the Chief Operating Officer. He told me that he had only been with the company for four months and couldn't prove that I referred anyone. Seriously? Between my group, we have spent 1200+ over the past few months. I was about to book another 100 ride. He wants me to 'prove' it. Give me a break. I don't know who hired this rookie but forget it. It's not that big of a deal. I'll spend my money elsewhere and will let my friends know. If the COO is answering the service line and cannot figure out how to offer service, I'm guessing the drivers won't be any better. Talk about lack of leadership. Too bad. We happily spend and tip extremely well. Time to spend with another company. I'm glad that I'm not an investor!

We've paid for our annual membership, used the service twice with no problems, but then, the next 2 times, our request for a driver was cancelled late enough into the evening that we were already buzzed. "we couldn't find a driver for you." Uh, you think you could have called earlier? Tonight is the third time in a row that this has happened. They've serioy let us down. No more.

Regrettably I used this service while on a May 2011 business trip in Cincinnati, Oh. We were hesitant about leaving our car with a total stranger, however; the company states that all their drivers have background checks and insurance. The company policy is that the driver must remain with the vehicle. We assumed that this meant that the vehicle would remain where we were. Wrong!!!

The driver was punctual and seemed like an okay guy. We parked the car and went into the club. About 15 minutes later I realized that my cell phone was in my jacket which I left in the back seat. I went outside the retrieve my phone and discovered the driver and our car was gone. I had the driver's cell number in my phone so I was unable to call him. Over the next 50 minutes I went outside four times to see if our car and driver returned. We started to panic and called the main bemydd number telling them what was going on. They called the driver and after 10 more minutes he returned.

Two hours later we left the club. Thankfully, our car was in the parking lot with the driver. When we opened the doors we were hit with the overwhelming smell of weed. We called the company the following day and complained. They apologized and told me that I would be receiving a call from the owner. That call never came and the only other contact we've received from this company is when they had the nerve to charge the annual membership fee on my credit card. Additionally, my credit card was charged for the time we had the so called designated driver.

I recommend that anyone who foolishly chooses to use this service do so with caution.
