Ed's Kasilof Seafoods is a gourmet seafood company located in Kasilof, Alaska. Since 1970, the company has been buying wild salmon and processing gourmet seafood. It offers wild salmon, smoked salmon, halibut, shellfish and canned salmon fish. The seafood company also performs filleting, steaking, vacuum sealing and freezing. Ed's Kasilof Seafoods complies with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). It is also approved by the State of Alaska as well as Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
