Can't believe (that)office has such an incompetent secretary ( Hope). She said there were 3 people ahead of me and would call me back , She Never called back after an hour wait, I called them back and she put me on hold for 15 minutes, NEVER picked it up and went home leaving me on hold ~ WOW what a witch !! unprofessional. I guess that's what you get from a small town mentality. I left her message and she still didn't have enough balls to call back on Monday and apologize. I'm completely disgusted by the service we got. On the positive side Kevin the agent is really nice and kind. Don't bother with the front secretary bypass her~ go straight to Kevin or pay online.
