Shawn is best plumber I've ever encountered: Personable, prompt, efficient, did overview of my concerns/situation and upgraded my old plumbing where needed so I'll have no more problems, fixed all leaks. Deric was very efficient and polite. the other gentleman that came later was also polite and informative. however it was a bit expensive. I did choose to have them use the camera because I wanted to make sure it wasn't tree roots, for that it was 300.00 more. all in all it was a good experience.

Mr. Rooter was the first to answer the phone on a Friday evening! That gets five stars right away. Polite and efficient, responded quickly, very much appreciated. h no one wants to spend money on plumbing and toilet, it is a necessity and they were prompt in getting our problem fixed. No matter what, Pau is my new plumber!

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter, even though our drain was not totally backed up Mandy was able to set up an appointment within a couple hours of when we called. Bal called and said he could even be earlier if we wanted, when he arrived he checked out the drain and suggested a couple options and we chose the jetting process and had our drain draining in a very short time. Belle, at Mr. Rooter, took my early Friday evening call with friendliness and even more importantly, with helpfulness. She was able to arrange for a plumber, Pau, to arrive in a little more than an hour - even though this was a Friday evening. Pau quickly checked the situation, suggested a solution, got my approval, and had the job done, and done right. Thanks!

Mr. Rooter is a great service! They have assisted us twice now and have both been amazing experiences. Pau helped us this week and he was quick, efficient, and gave thorough explanation of what he was doing so I felt comfortable with the repair process. He was timely and had impeccable respect for our home. He even removed his shoes before entering without prompt! It was a very successful repair and our bathroom tub works great now! Dale and Jason were very professional and pleasant, got the job done to my satisfaction. I will call again if I need similar services in the future. Price was high end of fair for work completed. Only complaint is I called 30 minutes before 3:00 appointment to confirm, went home and waited. They did not show up so I called and dispatch told me another job held them up so I missed some work unnecessarily. They put me first on list the following morning and did show up on time.

Although answering service was less then assuring, Tim arrived within less then an hour and proceeded to do a terrific job, while explaining cost, 'what' and 'why' of the job.. Very friendly and polite. Suggested to Tim, to further improve his wonderful job, to carry a small container to capture the water/residue when disconnecting the pea joint. Also to carry paper towels to control work area mess, and finally, a carry a drop cloth to place next to the work area. All good and would call your firm again as needed.
