Vaughn installed a new HVAC unit in my home, they were professional and efficient. Pricing was fair and the work was excellent. They are well worth it. I highly recommend this company.
Do not use these guys. They are a complete rip off! They quoted me one price on the phone and then when they showed up a new price for them coming out. They told me I needed 6lbs of freon. The total bill was going to cost me $340! I told them to step away from my air conditioning unit and get the hell offf my property! I called Comfort Zone. They were pleasant and honest. They told me that my unit only could take up to 5 lbs. I could never put 6lbs of freon in it. Not to mention that it only needed less than 1 lb of freon. I have contacted the BBB about Vaughnquest. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!
