      I went to Rainwater Hair Designs yesterday where the owner, Stacey highlighted my hair with a technique I had never seen. It is called Balayage. She also cut it in such a trendy style that went perfect with the highlights. Thanks Stacey for a wonderful experience at your salon yesterday. Dana
