Our furniture was damaged by the Aaron's employees while they were moving it into our home. We contacted Aaron's and they sent out a furniture repairman who said it was not repairable and he would contact Aaron's. Two weeks later we still had not been contacted by Aaron's. When we called them the person we needed to speak to "was not available" and would return our call. Another 2 weeks went by and they still had not contacted us. We went into the store and was told that they would have to contact the other stores to see if any of those stores had the furniture to replace ours and they would be contacting us in a few days. Two weeks later we went into the store again and was told the GM was sending another email to the stores (as if he had sent one two weeks earlier). A week later and no word from Aaron's I went in again and was given some bs about how they were ordering the leather from the manufacture and would be able to replace the damaged pieces. Three weeks later I called and this time was told the leather was on back order and they would replace the furniture, the order form was already filled out just waiting on the GM's signature and they would call me the next day to let me know it was taken care of. This conversation took place on Monday, it's now Friday and I still haven't heard from them. Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase or rent from this store.
