      Patricia McSwain is a christian that cares about pleasing God. Her philosophy is make God first in everything and you are unstoppable in everything you do. She took classes at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and received a diploma in Residential Design. She is the owner of McSwains Home Turnaround Designs. Patricia will do home staging to help sell a real estate quicker and for more money. Staging fits all budgets. It is not about homeowners spending lots of money, it is about them making a small investment and making money from the sale. To sell homes on a slow market or on an economic low the homeowner's home needs to standout from the rest. Home staging does that. It helps bring the home to life where the buyer can invision himself living at that home. Buyers like home to be ready to move in and home staging will bring this to a home. She will use the furniture and accessories you have to stage your home. She will try to keep purchasing to a minimum to bring you more money in your pocket. The small investment is lower than the first price reduction on the home. Staging isn't used for this only. Staging to live or staging to work will help a person become more organized and decluttered in their home and office. You might be a senior going from a big farmhouse to an assistant living environment. I would love to help you go through your things and bring the most important things you love to your new small apartment. I give a 20% discount for seniors 65 and over.
