DO NOT AGREE TO ZIPPY'S IF YOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROVIDER OFFERS THEM!! if I could give NO stars I would. First day of a new job, car won't start - call for help thru AT&T roadside assistance (not a free service) and was told less than an hour. Stressful but ok - a little over an hour later I called the local (sort of) number AT&T had given me for the provider Zippy's and after 1 no answer and 1 hangup, they said, "uh....20 minutes" - 45 minutes later I called AGAIN and the guy gives me a number to call in MISSISSIPPI!!! Outraged, I call the Mississippi number and he says, "20 minutes" - 45 minutes later I call for status and get no answer again!! The guy who FINALLY showed up after 3 1/2 hours was pleasant enough but still - NEVER NEVER NEVER agree to Zippy's being your rescue service - I can only imagine if I'd been alone at night on the side of the road........

The technician arrived very quickly and was very polite. He really defused the start of a stressful day����
