HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE just paid $325 on a dryer that turned out to be broke when I got it home and hooked it up. They refuse to help at all

This is the worst appliance place I have ever been to. In the last four months I have had two washers and a refrigerator that I purchased from them that are garbage. The first washer didn't stop when the cycles were over so I was within the 30 day warranty and switched it out. Now after the 30 day warranty the other washer dosnt spin the water out of the clothes and the compressor on the refrigerator just went out. Now I have to buy another washer and another refrigerator. These people sell JUNK!!!!!!!!

Very good employees the washer and dryer and fridge are working great will not shop anywhere else!!!!!

Great experience as always! I have purchased MANY appliances from here. If something breaks they always repair in a timely manner. Thanks guys you are the best!

I'm sorry I have to give even one star. I bought three applincest of which only one worked as promised. The dryer was delivered missing nibs because the had fallen off during delivery. Seriously? They do this for a living and don't know to put painters tape over the nibs. The refrigerator'S thermostat went haywire within a month. He made 5 appointments to fix it and didn't show for any. When I complained he accused me of not answering my phone or being home. I was home and when I asked why he didn't leave a voice message hr had no answer. He then accused me of yelling and hung up on me. This man is a rip off artist. His responses show he's well practiced at putting people off til the "warranty" is expired. I bought from here because of the free delivery. It would have been cheaper to rent a uhaul and pay a mover. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

This company sells appliances that doesn't work. And wouldn't refund the money. The company curse Me lower than dog after I told them they sold me a lemon. I highly suggest you do business else where.

I drove from Nola east to purchase a dryer. I borrowed a truck just in case. When I got there I was greated warmly. Quickly found what I was looking for. Got it put in the truck and was on my way back home with a working dryer. I got it home & unloaded, hooked up... turned it on and there it was, a warm working dryer.

A few hours later I put clothes in to dry, a relief considering I've been hanging them all over my house fot weeks. I let it run fot a while, and just for kicks tested for heat again only to find that it was now blowing cold air. I tried every setting. Checked every power source.... I was on the verge of tears. Now, the dryer comes with a 30 day warrenty, so I should habe nothing to worry about. No big deal, right? ... WRONG!!! For starters, they do not service out of area. I have to bring it to them. Lastly, I do not own a truck. I have no family here to borrow from & my friend I borrowed the truck to pick it up works offshore and has already left for work. Lol So, now I have two broken dryers. I can't believe they sold me a lemon. I advise anyone who doesn't live in Slidell to go elsewhere for an appliance. It isn't worth the high prices they want for used junk.

Very happy with the services they provide, had a broken dryer. Was fixed quickly and the rates were very reasonable .Overall was a very good experience and will be doing future business with A Plus Appliance.:)
