Dr. Patrick Birmingham, M.D., graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1999 with a Bachelor in Arts degree, He then earned his medical degree at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine in 2003. Dr. Birmingham took up his Orthopedic Internship and residency training at the George Washington University. He completed his Fellowship at Cornell University Hospital For Special Surgery focusing on Sports Medicine & Shoulder Surgery. Dr. Birmingham is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Sports Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Orthopaedic Association, Emerging Leaders Programs, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
