Our stay at I-29 was for 2 nights. It was a very clean room and all the staff was very helpful in finding a place to eat and someone to look at our car (we hit a deer on the highway). They cleaned our room while we were out and they were just great.

New management and it was a great stay! The staff are all very helpful and respectful. Would definitely stay there again.

I was traveling alone. I was treated with disrespect and a certain amount of suspicion. I assume this is because I am a woman. I was there on business. A house buying trip. First, even though I said I would be there for two nights the front desk charged me for only one. I was unaware of this and had assumed I had been charged for the two nights I asked for. The next day I was awakened from a nap by the telephone. As I reached for it the phone stopped ringing. Just a few moments after it quit ringing the housekeeper pounded on my door repeatedly while I tried to get dressed so I could answer to door. I was treated like a bum. At the top of her lungs the housekeeper accused me of not paying for the room and told me if I wanted to stay I would have to pay. I went to the office and took care of it. Never once did the housekeeper or the manager apologize or acknowledge their mistake. I was also charged the rate for two people even though they knew there was only one.
