This company took my pregnant girlfriends car 20 min before she had to leave. The car was running getting warmed up, but wasn't moved yet. They towed it two blocks, we live across from thunder road. She had to wall about 3 miles to the Lewis to get cash because they don't take cards, it was negative 2 outside!! They charged us 159 to get our car when it was sitting for probably 40 minutes.

My car broke down on the interstate and I'm from out of town. Driver picked myself and the car up and dropped me off at my hotel free of charge and then took care of my car! Priced right. Took good care of customer! Knowledgeable!

My daughter's car broke down in Sioux Falls and the repair shop we use recommended Redi Towing, so we did. Big mistake. The tow truck took over an hour to arrive, despite being told 15 min, driver was extremely rude, he cracked the front bumper on my daughter's car, then proceeded to charge me more than I was quoted on the phone. I later called Redi to talk about the bumper and the misquoted price. I talked to "Kasey" who again was extremely rude and basically told me he wasn't going to pay for my bumper and that prices "vary". Absolutely unacceptable. I told my repair shop what had happened and from what I hear they are recommending a different tow company now too.

Needed to get my F150 over to a local shop, and shop gave me Redi Tow's number. I called, and they came - on a Sunday, during snow, about 25-minutes later. Guy was very polite, knew the shop, knew the area, and delivered it as contracted. He told me, most anywhere in Sioux Falls is a $53 tow - and he brought the flat-bed to tow with. Excellent price and service. I highly recommend.
