Ive bought doors and had service on all of our doors from Overhead Door of Sioux Falls for the last 20 years, You call them and the job gets done. They have been in town for 40 plus years and you would be hard pressed to find a better garage door company in the area. Thanks and I will continue to use them. GREAT COMPANY!!

Would NEVER EVER recommend Overhead doors of Sioux Falls to anyone. The sales staff claim to have ordered a garage door for my new home. It has now been over 5 weeks and no door. When I call the manager to get the exact date the doors where ordered she would not give me any date. She proceeded to blaim my contractor. There was never an apology nor discount for the hold up and yet i wait another 2 weeks. Who know if that will even happen The customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered. I would love to cancel my order but they have you over a barrel, the other garage door companies need 3-4 weeks. I can't understand why any contractor would use them. Also when speaking to other people about the customer service I am amazed to find that in less than 24 hours I now know of more than 5 other families with the exact same scenario.
